Customer Experience Guidebook
The federally-funded Airport Cooperative Research Program recently published a 242-page report, Improving the Airport Customer Experience, based on research and interviews with 22 airports recognized for provide outstanding customer service. The guidebook documents notable and emerging practices in airport customer service management. The report briefly explores volunteer customer service programs with a focus on Travelers Aid operations in several airports.
